**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

El MSL es un rol de campo y un experto en el área terapéutica (AT). Su misión es ejecutar el plan médico del área terapéutica. Sus tres principales áreas de responsabilidad son identificar a los stakeholders externas prioritarios con las que establecer y desarrollar relaciones científicas de colaboración a largo plazo, participar en el intercambio científico con las mismas stakeholders con el fin de actualizar en las áreas terapéuticas en las que posee productos la compañía, recopilar y poner en práctica insights que puedan dar forma a la estrategia y los planes interfuncionales, y utilizar sus conocimientos científicos mediante la realización de actividades adicionales de acuerdo con el área terapéutica, el paciente y las necesidades de los stakeholders.

Estamos en la búsqueda de 3 MSL para las líneas terapéuticas de: Oncología, Gastroenterología, Inmunología y Angioedema.

Este puesto reporta al MSL Lead y tiene su sede en Bogotá, Colombia.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Desarrollar y mantener colaboraciones y relaciones de igual a igual con las principales partes interesadas clave (KOL, HCPs, etc).
- Servir como recurso científico entre pares para expertos externos en enfermedades y partes interesadas internas
- Apoyar a la comunidad médica con información médica actualizada, sólidos conocimientos sobre enfermedades e información sobre productos
- Formar a las partes interesadas externas en la patología y los tratamientos del área terapéutica Utilizar sistemas para identificar, perfilar y priorizar estratégicamente a los líderes de opinión en línea con el plan y los objetivos médicos.
- Apoyar las iniciativas de desarrollo clínico, incluida la identificación de centros, el reclutamiento de ensayos, el registro y la presentación de datos finales aprobados
- Mantener una comunicación eficaz y adecuada entre las partes interesadas internas, manteniendo al mismo tiempo el pleno cumplimiento de los requisitos pertinentes.
- Mantener informes y documentación precisos de las actividades de MSL Educación
- Generar planes tácticos y regionales para proporcionar apoyo basado en las necesidades y de valor añadido a la comunidad médica y científica en línea con los objetivos de la empresa
- Participar proactivamente en todas las actividades definidas de acuerdo con el cargo y función, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, garantizando el cuidado de la salud y la seguridad, logrando así el cumplimiento de lo definido en la política de la empresa en esta materia.

**Experiência y educación**
- Profesional en medicina.
- Experiência de 2 años mínimo
- Inglés Avanzado
- Experiência demostrada en cargos similares en asuntos médicos en la industria farmacéutica.
- Conocimientos de epidemiologia y análisis crítico de artículo científicos.
- Redes bien establecidas y relaciones activas con KOLs.
- Entender las consideraciones de cumplimiento y demostrar la capacidad de trabajar de forma complaciente en un papel basado en el campo, dentro de los asuntos medicos.

- Gran capacidad de colaboración, confianza y fuerte presencia.
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.

- Biajes dentro de la región de hasta el 75%
- Necesidad de viajar para sistir a reuniones médicas, reuniones de equipo y otras reuniones de grupo (algunos fines de semana).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The MSL is a field-based role, a therapeutic area (TA) expert and Medical Affairs colleague. Their mission is to execute the TA medical plan. Their three core areas of responsibility are to identify priority external stakeholders with whom they will establish and develop long term collaborative scientific relationships, to engage in scientific exchange with the same stakeholders with a view to gathering and actioning insights which can shape cross-functional strategy and plans, and to utilize their scientific expertise through the conduct of additional activities in accordance with therapy area, patient and stakeholder need.
