Main Responsibilities

We will need direct involvement with execution - we need people who are capable of leading projects, defining OKRs, planning its rollout execution, and implementing. We will need to create ways to measure results in detail to improve future decision-making across Rappi.

We will support regional leaders in decision-making. We need someone who can lead at the top level and make strategic decisions quickly.

We will be finding key insights that work as leverage for our key projects.

We will be working and learning with automation tools that build a fast-paced environment.

What are you gonna do?

You’ll be working with the Merchandising team, which ensures the users see the right message, in the right place, at the right time - and ultimately converts by placing an order.

We will work a lot with data, so SQL is a must to extract it, we need someone who knows the language well.

Process, clean, and verify the integrity of the data used for the analysis.

Conduct research to answer business and industry questions.

Use large data sets to respond to business problems. Work with multidisciplinarity teams to find faster solutions to data-driven problems.

Work with various areas of Rappi to understand how to better solve each problem without affecting the other areas and know what other data sets or tools exist.

Key Requirements

English proficiency (Bilingual) with strong communication skills.

Work experience as a data analyst or Business Intelligence

Medium or high experience using SQL on large data sets.

Experience with data visualization tools. (PowerBI and/or Tableau)

We need a leader to own Global Merchandising Analytics at Rappi. This leader will analyze user cohorts for target offers, run tests to accelerate growth and follow up on every country's performance, helping the local teams evaluate their initiatives and tests. This leader will also be responsible for coordinating our weekly business review and following up with country leaders to measure the performance of all related merchandising activities in the app.
