**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Execute pricing and rebate uploads for negotiated contracts from implementation to expiration to ensure that appropriate pricing is applied to sales orders.
- Collaborate with Regional and National Contract Analysts to complete operations work in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Medtronic pricing objectives, terms, and conditions.
- Support contract administration for the US, which includes (but is not limited to) execution of LOC research/reporting, and archiving of approvals.
- Participate in system testing and maintenance as needed.
- Manage projects, with mínimal direction, to help the CV Sales Finance Organization achieve objectives.
- Understand how business strategies and tactics enhance opportunities to operate effectively. Understand and comply with all laws, regulations and/or company policies.
- Maintain a point of view broader than current role. Consider the needs of the entire organization. Demonstrate global thinking in decision making.
- Proactively identify root cause, trends, issues, barriers, and knowledge gaps in an effort to reduce discrepancies, improve contract processes, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating a high level of ownership.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- High school degree.
- Fluent in English.
- 1 - 2 years’ work experience with data processing, data entry, customer service, logistics, accounts payable or related areas to back office.
- Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with key business partners to answer questions and resolve issues according to department protocols and requirements.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Solid business acumen. Exercises independent judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a changing team environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years’ work experience in pricing strategy/negotiation, contract administration, or financial analysis.
- Medical device industry experience.
- High proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Vendavo, Business Objects, and SAP.
- Experience creating Excel documents, including spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs, and functions.
- Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data.
- Proven ability to produce consistent, detail-oriented, quality work.
- Experience working with technical information.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, conflict resolution, and independent working skills.
