TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES Y ATRIBUCIONES:
- Da soporte administrativo a Ventas
- Realiza la atención y seguimiento de órdenes y solicitudes de los clientes.
- Manejo de las prioridades de fabricación. (Backlog Fábricas)
- Realiza la carga y análisis de pedidos de clientes. (Booking / Billing)
- Efectúa el control rutinario de las entregas a clientes. (Backlog)
- Deriva, canaliza y sigue los reclamos de clientes e interactúa con otros departamentos para su resolución
- Realiza la devolución de la información al cliente respecto a condiciones comerciales de venta, disponibilidad de piezas, plazos de entrega.
- Coordina acciones con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa vinculado a determinados temas como Ordenes, Cartera, Reclamos, etc.
- Elabora informes e indicadores relacionados a la gestión de ventas. (Booking / Billing / Cartera)
- Analiza alternativas cuando los pedidos no pudieran ser satisfechos en tiempo y forma.
- Recibe y analiza información actualizada sobre el estado de cuenta corriente de los clientes. Realiza el seguimiento correspondiente junto con el Ingeniero de Ventas o Gerente de Cuenta.
- Junto con Ingeniero de Ventas o Gerente de Cuenta elaboran las licitaciones.

- Estudiante / Profesional Carreras Administración / Comercio / Ing
EXPERIENCIA
- 2 años en posiciones similares.
HABILIDADES
- Nível intermedio idioma inglés
- Nível Intermedio/Alto en paquete office
