**Responsibilities**:
Main objective:
Develop and maintain BI reports following global guidelines in terms of architecture and tools, working with methodologies that allow the deployment of a reporting solution at the regional level.

Main tasks:

- Design, development and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) workflows.
- Building reports in PowerBI with data from different sources (SAPHANA, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Excel).
- Design and build BI dashboards that measure and influence business performance allowing for improvement.
- Provide first level support to BI Super Users, troubleshooting and resolving reporting issues.
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Communicate with differente areas of the organization to meet internal customer requirements.
- Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around features related to the reports produced.
- Perform data wrangling, data modeling data visualization and data analysis.
- Contribute to projects on which the use the internal automation tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI could be implemented; by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

**Profile**:
**Education**:

- Industrial or System engineer, Business administration or related.
Desirable: Postgraduate/Specialization degree
- Functional knowledge: BI knowledge, Analytical skills, Comunication skills.
- SAP ERP knowledge desirable.
- Strong SQL scripting experience.
- Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R or QLikview among others. Analyze, define, design, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes
- Leadership - Focus on results, Good relationships with other processes, businesses and leaders.
- Analytical & out of the box thinking and problem solving with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills (eg, presentation, listening, writing reports).
- Teamwork - Cooperation with others to create a safety and productive environment. Encourage participation in problem-solving.
- Relationships - Ability to build and maintain good relationships with leaders, coworkers, customers.

Work Experience
2 year minimum of experience in similar rol
Desirable Knowledge in SAP, Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, Proficiency level in python and SQL, machine learning and data modeling.
