Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and assist in day-to-day operations.
- Develop relationships with all levels of customers to facilitate processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel policy matters.
- Evaluate requests for corporate proposals and collect requirements to make contributions.
- Keep an updated record of the status of the proposals.
- Prepare a proposal according to the particularities of the plan.
- Train agents in the characteristics and management of the plan and tools through corporate presentations.
- Prepare and maintain records of files, customer profiles, etc.
- Support the process of corporate group renewals within established times.
- Complete monthly reports on group management and perform periodic follow-ups. Interdepartmental collaboration to identify areas of improvement and opportunity, participate in projects and assigned initiatives.
- Ensure service agreements for corporate groups.
- Create and maintain up-to-date process guides and flow Identify and report opportunities for improvements and draft requirements for system developments related to travel VIP online tools.

**Skills**:

- Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is extra.
- Experience in the health insurance industry and/or travel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Customer service by phone and in-person and teamwork ability.

Education/Vocational Training:
Associate or higher degree from an accredited institution, preferably in the area of business, marketing or related careers.

Pay: $3,050,000 - $3,100,000 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
