We are currently seeking a highly skilled Excavator and OEM Trainer to join our team in the coal mining industry. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for training excavator operators in Liebherr, Hitachi, and Komatsu excavators, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations for bucket loading. This is a temporary position with a focus on providing comprehensive training to our operators and ensuring safe and efficient operations in our coal open pit mines.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training programs for excavator operators, both new hires and existing employees.
- Develop and deliver training modules, including theoretical and practical sessions, to enhance operators' skills in operating Liebherr, Hitachi, and Komatsu excavators.
- Instruct operators on best practices for safe and efficient bucket loading techniques, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Assess the proficiency of operators through evaluations and performance monitoring.
- Identify training needs and create customized training plans to address any skill gaps or areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and safety regulations pertaining to coal open pit mining and excavator operations.
- Collaborate with the safety department to ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, progress, and evaluation results.
- Provide feedback and guidance to operators to enhance their performance and ensure continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in the coal mining industry, specifically in coal open pit mines, is essential.
- Extensive experience operating Liebherr, Hitachi, and Komatsu excavators is required.
- Proven track record in training and coaching excavator operators, preferably in a mining or heavy equipment environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance related to coal open pit mining and excavator operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training programs.
- Strong observational skills to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Relevant certifications and licenses, such as heavy equipment operator certifications, are desirable.

**Conditions**
- Location: Far East of Russia.
- Traveling and accommodation costs will be provided.

Please note that this position is temporary, with an expected duration of two to five weeks.

**Salary**: $3,286 - $7,876 per hour
