En Coders Lab estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional altamente calificado para ocupar el puesto de Project Manager Sr. para sumarse a un proyecto desafiante en construcción y se sume a construir bases sólidas del mismo.
El puesto es híbrido, para asistir 2 veces por semana a las oficinas ubicadas en Bogotá, Colombia.

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento del proyecto de recursos humanos desde la concepción hasta la implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y la calidad del trabajo.
- Coordinar con los equipos técnicos y funcionales para definir y gestionar los entregables del proyecto, incluidos los requisitos, el diseño, la implementación y las pruebas.
- Supervisar la integración de los sistemas SAS con los sistemas legados, garantizando la coherencia y la eficiencia en todo el proceso.
- Gestionar los recursos asignados al proyecto, incluidos el personal y el presupuesto, para maximizar la eficacia y minimizar los riesgos.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con todas las partes interesadas, incluidos los equipos internos y externos, para garantizar una alineación adecuada y una resolución efectiva de problemas.
- Implementar prácticas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos, incluidas las mejores prácticas de PMI, Scrum y metodologías Agile, para optimizar la ejecución del proyecto.
- Identificar y mitigar proactivamente los riesgos del proyecto, anticipando posibles obstáculos y desarrollando planes de contingencia adecuados.
- Evaluar regularmente el progreso del proyecto y realizar ajustes según sea necesario para garantizar el logro de los objetivos establecidos.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
Se requiere que el profesional que se incorpore cuente con experiência **de al menos 8 años liderando proyectos de ERP**, específicamente de gestión de recursos Humanos o Payroll (como Peoplesoft, Tango, Bejerman, Sap) EXCLUYENTE

Recibidos de las carreras de Adm. de empresas, Contador, Recursos Humanos.
- Experiência certificada como líder principal de proyectos de ERP, CRM,

automatización, Facturación Electrónica y preferiblemente en implementación
- de Nómina o proyectos de Recursos Humano.- Al menos 10 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos, con una sólida

Comprensión de los principios y prácticas de gestión de proyectos.- Certificación de PMI, Scrum Master y experiência en metodologías Agile.
- Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para cumplir con los plazos y

objetivos establecidos, incluso bajo presión.- Habilidad para liderar, motivar y gestionar equipos, demostrando un alto nível

de organización, diligencia y capacidad para hacer que las cosas sucedan.**Remote work policy**:
