**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:

- Main Objective: Consumer Insights responsible for beverage in LAB Central countries ( Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Venezuela, ROC)
- Main Purpose: Represent consumer voice in the business decision making guarantying identification of opportunities for the business both in the short & long term using both market information and consumer research studies.
- Key responsibilities: Lead Insights agenda, anticipating key questions, influence business decisions at franchise, marketing and innovation level

**Your Impact**:
As Insights Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Lead middle / low complexity problems supporting PepsiCo Centers on Rev Man, Shopper, Execution, Market performance, among others.
- Work with the field MKT team, helping on lift and shift learnings to the local teams - understanding local brand issues, supporting on product challenges, working close to Global teams.
- Control budget, organize contracts, payments. Guarantee payment flow.
- As part of the LAB Central team, work as the right-hand partner of the LAB Central Insights Lead helping set the long-term strategic direction for the business and the short-term execution.
- Alongside the Capabilities team, work on monitoring competition and drive human insights to feed day to day business discussions.
- Carefully monitor the region's innovation agenda, ensuring that all projects are executed with the correct innovation path and help the team execute the correct study, guaranteeing effective decision making.
- Prepare Business Review presentations, share reviews, brand and equity KPIs, and business cases.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- At least 3 year-expertise on theoretical and practical knowledge in quantities and qualitative research tools, statistics, sensorial analysis techniques & Market performance ( Nielsen, Kantar). Trade MKT & RGM background are a plus.
- Advanced English (written and reading skills).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Ability to propose solutions, creative pathways for problem solving
- Ability to adjust to multiple and different agendas: Consumer, Shopper and Trad, Rev Management.
- Ability to influence strategic agendas and drive impactful business narratives.
- Strong Ability on numbers & Analytics
- Team Work
