**Job Description**:
We are looking for a WordPress Developer with a strong background in building and customizing e-commerce websites to support our growing B2B multi-vendor platform. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our website to ensure a seamless experience for both vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain a feature-rich, scalable, and user-friendly multi-vendor e-commerce website on the WordPress platform.

Theme and Plugin Customization: Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific requirements of our B2B e-commerce platform. Implement and configure plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.

Front-End Development: Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for desktop and mobile users. Optimize website performance and load times.

Back-End Development: Implement and maintain back-end functionality, including user management, vendor management, product listings, order processing, and payment gateways.

Security and Maintenance: Ensure the website's security by implementing best practices and regular updates. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA testers, to ensure the successful delivery of website features and improvements.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor website performance, conduct speed and usability tests, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in WordPress website development, particularly in e-commerce settings.

Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Experience with multi-vendor e-commerce platforms and plugins.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Knowledge of security best practices for WordPress.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
