We are seeking a passionate Salesforce Specialist with experience in managing and optimizing CRM to enhance customer relationships and boost sales. This pivotal role is responsible for developing effective customer management strategies, personalizing user experiences, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and manage our Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.- Develop and optimize workflows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and increase customer retention.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Specialist or similar roles in CRM.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including platform configuration, custom reports and dashboards development, and automation solutions implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
