Underwriter Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research and gathering relevant data to assist in risk assessment and decision-making.
- Follow and execute correctly all the policy and procedure changes of the underwriting SOP
- Communicating with renters, property managers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify policy details.

As the most senior staff of the underwriting support team, Underwriting Coordinators play a vital role in supporting the underwriting process, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the overall success of the Underwriting Team.

**Job Requirements**
- Fluent written and spoken english.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Access to a laptop and stable wifi.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week and 5 day a week (including some weekends)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- (*Nice to have*)Knowledge or experiences in industries such as banking, insurance and underwriting.
- *(Nice to have)* Experience in support or CX roles and software

These skill requirements ensure that the Coordinator has the necessary qualifications and abilities to effectively support the underwriting process and contribute to the success of the Underwriting Team.

Pay: From $27,624 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
