- Profesional en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas y/o carreras afines.
- Deseable **Certificación Scrum.**:

- Experiência de uno (1) a tres (3) años como Costumer Success y/o Costumer Experience, en sector Tecnológico desempeñandose en actividades de **atención al cliente, apoyo y seguimiento de proyectos o manejo comercial.**

**Número de Vacantes**: 1**Funciones**:

- Onboarding de clientes, crear valor en las interacciones de clientes base instalada y entender sus necesidades.
- Creación y gestión de relaciones sólidas y de confianza con clientes.
- Apoyo, acompañamiento y seguimiento al cliente en logro del impacto esperado.
- Asesorar y asistir clientes en busqueda de la solución a los requerimientos o incidentes.
- Velar por las renovaciones y buscar el crecimiento en las cuentas.

**Condiciones Laborales**:

- Lugar de Trabajo: Bogotá.
- Tipo de Contrato: A término indefinido.
- Salario: A convenir de acuerdo a la experiência.
- Modalidad: Híbida de lunes a viernes. (3 días en Oficina x 2 días en Casa)
