**Tu rol en Baxter**:
Salvar y sostener vidas garantizando el funcionamiento óptimo de las máquinas, asegurando la calidad del producto y cumpliendo con las normas y procedimientos de manufactura y de calidad.
Ejecutar los programas que ayudan al mejoramiento continuo del proceso, como son las herramientas LEAN, Ejemplo TPM, 6'S, kaizen, kanban; manejando los indicadores que nos ayudan a la sostenibilidad del área.
Participar activamente del programa TMP liderado por el área, para el mantenimiento y mejora de las máquinas.

**Lo que realizaras en Baxter**:
1. Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas a su cargo. Así mismo se debe garantizar el cumplimiento del Decreto Número 4725 de 2005, por el cual se reglamenta el régimen de registros sanitarios, permiso de comercialización y vigilancia sanitaria de los dispositivos médicos para uso humano

2. Apoyar la ejecución del programa de mantenimiento Preventivo

3. Apoyar la ejecución del mantenimiento correctivo.

4. Cumplimiento de análisis de riesgo y las normas de seguridad durante la ejecución de los diferentes mantenimientos.

5. Participar en la implementación de soluciones y mejoras de los planes de mantenimiento (Eléctrico, Mecánico, Neumático, Electromecánico) basados en confiabilidad.

6. Apoyar las actividades de 6S en las áreas correspondientes a Mantenimiento de equipos en las áreas.

**Lo que aportaras en Baxter**:
Estudiante técnico o tecnólogo en Mantenimiento Electromecánico Industrial, Electricidad, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización Industrial o carreras afines.
