**Role Description**
- Collabobate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of interview materials, such as job descriptions, assessments, and interview guides.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Assist with recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Onsite Position / Monday to Friday

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, within the BPO or service industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
