**Video Editor Contract Position - Join DBC's Creative Team in Colombia**

**Hola, Colombia** DBC, a U.S.based creative agency, is on the lookout for a talented Video Editor to join our team on a 1-year contract. We're all about cutting through the noise of brand marketing, creating direct and impactful conversations between our clients and their audiences. Our work spans across diverse fields, using data-driven strategies to craft authentic brands. If you have a passion for storytelling through video and motion graphics, and you're ready to create content that resonates on social media platforms, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Role Overview**:
As our Video Editor, you'll be diving into a sea of raw footage, transforming it into engaging and polished videos for various social media platforms. Your work will include adding motion graphics to bring our clients' stories to life, making sure each piece aligns with their unique brand voice and objectives.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead video production processes, from concept brainstorming to post-production, ensuring projects are completed with creativity and on time.
- Work closely with our creative team to design and edit videos that meet our strategic goals, including promotional content, training videos, and social media clips.
- Maintain open communication, keeping the team updated on project status and collaborating to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Manage and archive digital content efficiently, ensuring assets are organized and accessible.

**Must-Haves**:

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Experience creating content for a variety of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with a B1 or higher level of English proficiency.
- A proactive and creative approach to video editing, constantly seeking to improve and innovate.
