**What are we looking for?**:

- 2+ years of experience in course development in a corporate or institutional environment.
- Proficiency in **Articulate Storyline 360**, including creating layers, triggers, audio synchronization, and animations.
- Expertise in **Adobe Creative Cloud**, particularly **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and **InDesign**.
- Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
- Ability to create visually appealing content and adhere to style guides.
- Passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
- Understanding of **SCORM** and **AICC **formats.
- Competency in learning management systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality standards are met.
- Creativity and conceptualization skills.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Develop electronic courses using Articulate Storyline 360 apps based on provided storyboards and integrate professional audio.
- Create supporting materials and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Identify and recommend support images for eLearning content.
- Collaborate with the Digital Director, Graphic Designers, Instructional Designers, and Subject Matter Experts in the design process.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistent design standards.
- Conduct thorough editing of developed courses to ensure quality standards are met prior to publication.
