Staff Boom se especializan en soluciones personalizadas de personal y consultoría para pequeñas y medianas empresas con gran énfasis en la industria de seguros. Ofrecemos servicios de outsourcing en nuestras instalaciones remotas, estos servicios incluyen: Back Office de Seguros, Contabilidad/Finanzas, Servicio al Cliente, Generación de Clientes, Entrada de Datos, TI, Marketing, Servicios de Apoyo Legal, entre otros.

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar, desarrollar, documentar y mantener aplicaciones web completas usando preferentemente PHP y Laravel.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos de producto y diseño para definir y desarrollar soluciones efectivas.
- Crear una arquitectura escalable y sostenible para el desarrollo de aplicaciones.
- Desarrollar y documentar pruebas y llevar a cabo revisiones de calidad en el código desarrollado.
- Resolver problemas y solucionar errores en aplicaciones web existentes.
- Investigar y mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas tecnologías y tendencias en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
- Colaborar con otros desarrolladores y compartir conocimientos y experiência.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência laboral previa de al menos 5 años en la industria de software como desarrollador Full Stack.
- Conocimientos sólidos en el lenguaje PHP con el framework y Laravel.
- Conocimientos de Node.js
- Conocimientos sólidos en React/VueJs.
- Conocimientos sólidos de arquitectura web y APIs.
- Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo de aplicaciones web, incluyendo HTML, CSS, (reponsive) Javascript y jQuery, etc
- Experiência con el uso de bases de datos SQL y no SQL, preferiblemente SqlServer.
- Conocimientos de DDD (Diseño dirigido por dominios)
- Conocimientos CQRS (Separación de comandos y consultas)
- Conocimientos EDA (Arquitectura orientada a eventos)
- Conocimientos SOLID y Código Limpio
- Conocimientos Arquitectura hexagonal
- Conocimientos TDD (Desarrollo dirigido por pruebas)
- Conocimientos de Patrones de diseño
- Conocimiento de Microservicios y monolitos modulares
- Experiência con el uso de herramientas de control de versiones, como Git.
- Experiência en el diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas escalables y mantenibles.
- Conocimiento en la implementación de soluciones de seguridad para aplicaciones web.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas y frameworks para el front-end.
- Habilidad para comunicar de manera clara y efectiva información compleja a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
- Técnico o universitario de las carreras de Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de software y afines.
