**El rol**:
Como Data Analyst, tu principal responsabilidad será recolectar, procesar, analizar y visualizar datos para ayudar a la toma de decisiones de la empresa.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Recolectar, procesar y analizar datos para obtener información valiosa para la toma de decisiones empresariales.
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener bases de datos y sistemas de gestión de datos eficientes.
- Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos como Python y SQL para procesar y transformar datos.
- Diseñar y crear visualizaciones de datos interactivas y efectivas utilizando herramientas como Tableau, Power BI o similares.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de análisis de datos y otros departamentos para identificar necesidades y requerimientos de datos.
- Trabajar con los equipos de ingeniería de datos y científicos de datos para desarrollar pipelines de datos y garantizar la calidad de los datos.
- Identificar tendencias y patrones en los datos y proporcionar recomendaciones de mejora.
- Crear informes y presentaciones que comuniquen de manera efectiva los resultados del análisis de datos y las recomendaciones a la gerencia y otros miembros del equipo.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en análisis de datos, programación en Python y visualización de datos.

**Lo que te hará triunfar**:

- Experiência en análisis y visualización de datos, programación en Python, así como la capacidad de trabajar en la parte de Data Engineering para obtener y transformar los datos necesarios.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas, capacidad para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos, ser metódico y preciso en el análisis de datos, y ser capaz de comunicar de manera efectiva los resultados del análisis de datos y las recomendaciones a otros miembros del equipo y gerencia.
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta presión y plazos ajustados.
