**RedValley** is seeking a proactive and strategic **Marketing Communications Manager to join our team.** The Marketing and Communications Manager develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans to promote the organization's brand, products, and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and communication channels

**What You'll Do**
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, target audience insights, and market trends to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure media coverage, partnerships, and speaking opportunities that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, increase engagement, and support sales efforts.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of organizational goals and objectives across all departments and levels (in collaboration with Culture + Experience Director).
- Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans and materials to effectively communicate changes in organizational structure, policies, procedures, or initiatives to employees.
- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to ensure timely and transparent communication with employees during emergencies, crises, or sensitive issues affecting the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, internal departments, and senior leadership to ensure internal communication efforts are aligned with organizational objectives, values, and priorities and to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a consistent customer experience.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience in PR and media relations, with a demonstrated ability to secure media coverage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation, able to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to collaboration and inclusivity of diverse voices.
