REQUERIMOS
- Profesional en carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresa o afines, preferiblemente con certificaciones o estudios complementarios en Agilidad.
- Experiência de 10 años o más liderando e implementando proyectos relacionados con Transformación Ágil, Oficinas Ágiles o Centros de Excelencia en Agilidad en empresas medianas o grandes; ejecutado roles o cargos comerciales, negociación con clientes y Agile Business Coach, asegurando el cumplimiento de presupuesto de ventas y generación de valor al cliente.
- Conocimiento y experiência en metodologías ágiles y agilidad en escala (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, DevOps), metodologías de innovación y gestión de OKR, definición y ejecución de estrategias de transformación digital para la implementación de proyectos en las líneas de Business y Enterprise.
- Dominio en la implementación de modelos de negocio con enfoque en innovación, en aceleración y escalamiento de organizaciones, respondiendo a las necesidades del mercado actual y futuro, preferiblemente en emprendimientos y/o startups.
- Desarrollo de estrategias gerenciales para la fidelización de los clientes ejecutando con altos estándares de calidad a los proyectos vendidos generando posibles recompras del portafolio de servicios.
- Elaboración de Informes de gestión, participación en los comités directivos para la definición del plan estratégico y estructuración de equipos operativos (internos y externos) para la implementación de los proyectos.
- Preferencia dominio de idioma inglés (B1 / C1). Posición para la ciudad de Bogotá, modalidad de trabajo hibrido, beneficios corporativos.
