**Description**:
The position requires an organized and seasoned Project Manager possessing a demonstrated track record within the hospitality sector. This individual will spearhead a systems integration and quality assurance initiative. The role will play a pivotal part in a critical product launch, with the primary emphasis on overseeing the testing lifecycle across multiple teams and systems. Ensuring seamless alignment, effective communication, and successful project execution will be paramount responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and hotel operations staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and partner hotel's test managers.
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end, UAT, and integration test plans.
- Ensure clear, concise, and structured communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives and front-line staff.
- Oversee testing efforts for complex hospitality operations, such as check-in processes, pre-arrival verification, trust & safety tools, and housekeeping management systems.
- Identify and address testing gaps, ensuring thorough validation of critical use cases.
- Create structure from ambiguity, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions proactively.
- Organize test plans in collaboration with team leads while managing test case coverage, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Stakeholders’ management.
- Experience creating clear, structured project documentation and reports.

**Required**:

- English: Advanced written and conversational
- Proven experience in managing large-scale integration testing projects in hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations such as check-ins, night audits, housekeeping, and payment processes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
