Remuneración: 2.000.000 M (1.300.000 base prestacional + 700.000 auxilio de vivienda)

Contrato: Término indefinido.

Responsabilities:

- Provide support in procurement system administration enabling user access, configuring purchase requisition approval workflows, updating contract records.
- Assist with adoption of procurement processes and procedures within organization.
- Review vendor (supplier) invoices to ensure accuracy of invoicing and payment process.
- Serve as first point of contact for purchase requisition inquiries.
- Investigate contract and invoicing documentation when charges or terms are unclear and work with vendors and internal stakeholders on invoice correction.
- Generate reports on vendor spend and agreements duration, analyze key agreement terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives. Provide support in various financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Assist with the development and refinement of financial models.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Review T&E reports, charges, and status to ensure policy compliance and proper approval notification.
- Serve as first point of contact for expense and expense platform questions and issues.
- Investigate T&E expenses when charge is unclear and work with employees on corrections/additional information needed.
- Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
