Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Aruba MCA Field & Channel Marketing Manager position is a critical role to support our aggressive growth objective for the Aruba networking business. The Field & Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs that generate pipeline growth for the MCA sales organization and the Aruba channel partners. This role reports into the Latin America Marketing Director for Aruba and will work closely with other marketing groups within HPE.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and secure approval for GTM plans and budgets.
- Direct cross-functional, cross
- organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
- Define GTM metrics/goals/ benchmarks and track/report progress against them.
- Develop, drive and evaluate key web, social media or interactive marketing strategies/events to reach customers.
- Develop and drive in-person & virtual event experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in understanding, conversion and revenue.
- Develop closed-loop post
- analysis for marketing programs and identify/execute indicated actions.
- Develop offering/segment messaging and manage/ monitor their delivery.
- Develop/define customer segmentation strategies and customer experience plans and execute/monitor them.
- Perform marketing operations activities as needed, e.g., Salesforce/CRM, PO/accrual management.
- Align to sales objectives and priorities; and collaborate with the distribution sales and marketing to deliver channel campaigns and programs that support aggressive region revenue and growth goals.
- Develop, drive and implement marketing plans for the HPE Aruba Networking distributors, service providers and resellers in the region that optimize pipeline.
- Collect and analyze marketing results from multiple analytics dashboards, to drive continuous improvement
- Actively manage with sales the mix of demand programs that deliver the highest quality of leads that convert to opportunities.
- Are good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You're aligned with our core values
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years marketing experience, including digital marketing, offering marketing, segment marketing and partner marketing.
- Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus.
- Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
- Expert knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account
- based marketing.
- Expert knowledge of advertising/direct marketing/research vendor practices and procedures.
- Well-developed understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings/strategy.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Excellent written/oral communications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
