As a Restaurants Lead at Rappi, you will be an essential part of the catalog team, driving data-driven decisions and defining strategies to optimize our food delivery services. Your role will involve collaborating closely with data scientists and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our catalog operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical and strategic skills to shape the future of food delivery at Rappi.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the catalog team and senior management to develop data-driven strategies that align with Rappi's overall business objectives.-
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and optimization of product operations through data analysis and insights.-
- Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of catalog operations initiatives.-
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to gather and analyze relevant data, translating complex findings into actionable insights.-
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement within the catalog team's processes and systems.-
- Use a hypothesis-driven approach to identify root causes of performance issues and develop solutions to address them.-
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster effective collaboration between the catalog team and other departments, such as engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.-
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on data insights and facilitate communication to ensure alignment across teams.-
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to drive continuous improvement and development.-
- Encourage a culture of data-driven decision-making and accountability within the team.-
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report on the performance of catalog operations initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.-
- Use key metrics to assess the impact of implemented strategies and adjust tactics as needed.Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.- 1-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or technology industries.- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.- Experience working with data scientists and using data insights to drive business decisions.- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to motivate and guide a team effectively.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.- Fluency in English is a must
