Garantizar que los equipos de los Centros de Distribución y Almacenes de su regional conozcan y ejecuten los controles definidos para cada proceso. Coordinar, ejecutar y controlar los procesos de distribución relacionados con el área de almacenamiento cumpliendo con los estándares y procedimientos establecidos, garantizando el respeto de los indicadores y el seguimiento.
Esta persona es la encargada de suministrar la información base para la ejecución de los procesos, legalización de documentos de KA en la regional y así mismo canalizar las inquietudes y novedades que se presentan en la operación.
Este rol tiene a cargo el cierre y seguimiento al proceso de liquidación, facturación y contingencia teniendo en cuenta estas actividades como críticas en los procesos de la Vicepresidencia. Implementar y realizar seguimiento a los planes de control interno (SOX y Operativos) a nível Regional, garantizar la ejecución de procesos (Facturación, Liquidación, Plan de Contingencia) y administración de servicio bancario inhouse de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la VP Logística para garantizar la implementación de un ambiente de control robusto y la correcta ejecución de los procesos en las operaciones.
