**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Cold calling to prospect new customers.
- Provide full cycle customer service from contract to delivery.
- Understand the customers’ shipping needs, negotiate rates, contract carriers/trucking companies in order to find the most efficient shipping option, provide order tracking and ultimately delivery confirmation.
- Contact customers on a daily basis to not only generate revenue but maintain the relationship.
- Identify sales opportunities and close sales.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: High School Degree or Bachelor´s Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, or carrier sales.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

- **Places**: Only for Barranquilla, this position will be on-site.
