Our client, a respected law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Chief of Staff** to support their managing partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in executive support, particularly in the legal field, to play a key role in the strategic and operational management of a dynamic and reputable firm.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Planning and Coordination**: Assist the managing partner in developing and implementing strategic plans. Oversee key initiatives, manage cross-departmental projects, and ensure alignment with the firm's goals.
- ** Operational Management**: Manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions to optimize the managing partner's effectiveness. This includes coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- ** Communication and Liaison**: Serve as the primary liaison between the managing partner and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and follow-ups on key matters.
- ** Problem Solving and Decision Support**: Anticipate potential challenges, identify solutions, and provide strategic advice to support decision-making processes.
- ** Bilingual Communication**: Utilize bilingual skills in English and Spanish to manage communication with a diverse range of clients and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar position, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience working directly with C-suite executives or managing partners is essential.
- ** Legal Background**: Previous experience in personal injury law is highly desirable.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in managing schedules and strategic initiatives.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with high-level executives and clients.
- ** Tech Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling software and legal management tools.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and provide practical solutions.
