**Job Description**:
The key purpose of this role is to:- ALPADIA UPP Germany program meetings with agents/parents/clients- Identify new business opportunities with Private companies, public institution, and private and public schools.- Research and build relationship with clients.- Set up meetings between client decision makers and the Account Manager North and South Region.- To follow up, advice and help to existing clients, especially dormant and bronze, to reactivate their sales with Kaplan. To ensure upsell and cross sell opportunities.

There are three key areas of responsibility:
1.Selling products through answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes in both English and Spanish

2.Building and managing a sales pipeline for prospective new Accounts through cold calling.

3.Act as the primary contact responding to all enquiries within 24 hours and providing an outstanding level of customer service. Handling and resolving. Complaints and escalating issues to the relevant Line Manager.

4.Provide excellent Customer Service post booking, pre-arrival and post-arrival 5.Assist with the development of strategies on your market, its trends and the competitors. Working closely with your respective Account Manager, Country Manager and Marketing Team to generate campaigns to grow your Territory and feedback useful customer insights

6.Completing all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems

7.Ensure that customer account records are kept up to date for audit purposes 8.Meeting targets

9.Development of Account/Campaign strategies to enable future growth of accounts

10. To complete the required administration on Kaplan Systems to record the sale through:
- A proficient knowledge of Kaplan operating systems- Accurate data entry- Competent computer skills.

11.Liaise with finance support for outstanding payments to ensure that all deals are processed and billed.

12.Administrative duties: questionnaire review before contract, Partnerlink, liaising between Mk and Agents´ requests, SF and Class documentation update.

13.Additional responsibilities and key measurement criteria will be defined by the relevant Country Manager.

**Requirements**:
1.Excellent communication and written skills

2.At least 1 year in international experience

3.English level B2 or higher

4. 3+ years sales experience

5.Work under pressure and for results

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary goes from $1,800,000/month initially up to $2,400,000/month at the end of the training period, more Bonus. Commission plan.

3 weeks’ vacation
