**Job Description**:
Our Digital Media Team is looking for a LATAM Marketing Leader to take our marketing organization to the next level. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy, partnering with external agencies, channel and Enterprise to improve impact at scale. In addition, you will work closely with partners and internal team members to support other digital media initiatives to map to departmental OKR’s. This role requires a strategic problem solver with excellent communication skills and a proven record of accomplishment in managing agency partnerships.
A successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment and will partner closely with vendors and agencies. We are looking for a marketer with a positive attitude who is adept at navigating ambiguity, in this high-visibility role. What you will do:
Lead the relationship with the agency sourced to implement the strategic planing
Establish priorities and goals/KPIs for the team matching the region goals
Source and manage vendors to support other digital media initiatives.
Provide ongoing performance feedback and pacing to internal teams/collaborators, surfacing data-driven insights to improve efficiency, identifying areas of opportunity, and defining strategies that are aligned with the region goals and departmental OKRs.
Work collaboratively with Sales, pre sales, channer and BU in a highly matrixed organization.
Provide inputs to analytics and business operations for quarterly planning and forecasting.
Manage quarterly budgets, PO (Purchase Order) processing and related activities. Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred OR 5+ years B2B marketing experience, with a focus on tech or SaaS
Proven success managing external agencies
Skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and on schedule
Effective relationship builder who leads by influence and with a positive attitude
Analytical problem solver who uses data to inform decisions
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment
Proficiency in Excel and CRM
