Fleet Maintenance Coordinator/booking

GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations.

**NOTE: This position is work from the office in Medellin (El Poblado). Not remote.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ø Strong Focus on Truck Recovery Coordination - This includes coordinating with the Truck Recovery Team, and Drivers.

Ø Booking Hotels, Uber’s, and Flights for Drivers heavily emphasized customer service.

Ø Coordinating Road Service for Minor road repairs - Tire Blowouts, Air Leaks, Etc.

Ø Accessorial Data Entry as needed - Updating DOT Inspections, and Invoices.

**Requirements**:
Ø A strong work ethic to Succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Strong Multi-tasking skills.

Ø Experience in transportation and logistics is preferred.

Ø Tracking and auditing experience is a plus.

Ø Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ø Must be resourceful and a skilled problem solver.

Ø Ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills. C1

Ø Must be willing to be part of a fast-moving and growing Team with the drive to maintain a high level of professionalism and drive.

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $2,800,000 per month
