**The team you’ll be part of**

CFO is a diverse team at the frontline, delivering finance and business services, investor relations, and more across the world. Are you passionate about digital transformation, value openness and want to influence the direction of Nokia? Then, you may be the right fit

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Fulfil Business Group financial controlling related processes and reporting activities on a periodical basis
- Seek for continuous improvement forecasting and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and drive efficiencies
- Ensure actual control of target and key performance indicators within CNS
- Secure deep understanding of Business Process at BG level, understand tool landscape and automation potential
- Work closely with BG Finance team on Market, BU and BG total level

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English

It would be nice if you also had:

- Proven project planning expertise in cross-functional environment
- Proven experience in global project delivery using internal and external resources
- Ability to be innovative, think outside of the box, and challenge the status quo
- Ability to work across organizational and functional boundaries
