**RedValley**, the fast-growing company in **Medellin**, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Digital Community Specialist** to join our dynamic social media and customer service teams.
**What You'll Do**:
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and reviews on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Address and manage reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Zocdoc, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Engage with and respond to comments in relevant Reddit communities, maintaining the company’s voice and reputation.
- Serve as the bridge between the marketing and customer service departments, ensuring consistent messaging and a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Present weekly reports on messages/comments/reviews received and responded to, highlighting key topics, most common questions, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with the social media team to maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms.
- Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent engagement with our audience.
- Track and report on feedback trends, providing insights to improve overall customer experience and engagement.
- Assist in the development of strategies to increase positive online reviews and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online community management and reputation management.
**What You'll Bring**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- B2+ English is a must.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Proven experience in social media management, customer service, or online community management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms is preferred.
