**What You'll Do**
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and smart contracts using Solidity and Rust
- Implement blockchain-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code with proper documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability of delivered features.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and data models for seamless interaction with blockchain systems.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 ecosystems.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- B2 + English
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Proficiency in Solidity for developing Ethereum-based smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, decentralized networks, and cryptographic techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Remix for smart contract development.
- Knowledge of blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience in tokenomics and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Go or Python.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with decentralized identity and authentication mechanisms.
