**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Collections Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our collections processes, contributing to the overall success of our financial operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of collections data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recovery while minimizing customer impact.
- Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict and optimize collections performance.
- Generate and analyze reports on collections performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Present findings to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure collections processes adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Assess credit risk and work towards mitigating potential losses through proactive analysis.
- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, providing clear and concise information about payment options and arrangements.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Collections Analyst in the fintech or financial industry.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of collections strategies, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
