Supervise all the Business customer Journey to optimize the recurrent sales for the products of Adobe Digital Media in the Market Area SLAM. SLAM is the acronym of Strategic Latin American Markets. Territory that cover all Hispanic countries except Mexico. From Guatemala until Argentina.
It is an extense territory with over 16 distributors, + 19 platinum partners and + 60 gold parters and +3K certified partners. The Book of Business o responsibility of ARR to be renew + 50M US ARR. What you'll Do
Work with the CAMs leading renewals, distribution and platinum partners
Weekly Dispositions of all the potential cancellations
Consolidation of different databases to consolidate the Book of Business of the region
Separate and distribute the incumbent partners data base in a secure way of the accounts to be renewed with enough time to allow the partner get prepared for the resellers or end users approach
Interaction with the renewals teams of distributors and resellers to help them craft the best strategies to have the highest retention rate, grow the accounts with add on sales
Recovery Campaigns to bring back lost renewals
Weekly assessment from top partners and regional feedback to operations about top reason of cancelations
Support partners in top accounts for renew to guarantee the renewal
Management of extra tools as save offer or recovery offer to optimize ARR in the market area
Quarterly reviews with partners of the most relevant KPIs
Help the development and implementation of the partners market place in the region What you need to succeed
Have a 5+ years of experience in recurrent sales SW business
Have experience in dynamic tables and data base management
Be a hardworking enabler & mentor of individuals and teams to deliver customer value across the entire customer journey
Be a results-oriented, accountable renewals sales manager with strong EQ and developed situational flexibility (awareness and action)
Be an excellent teammate, bringing creativity, leadership & focus with a solution presenter personality, not just a problem identifier
Be a bold thinker crafting plans for own area of responsibility (resources, activities, risk assessment)
Seek continuous learning and gives/seeks feedback to improve performance
