At Tier 11, we're expanding our reach to South America and are searching for a Regional HR Manager to lead it. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this leadership role is pivotal in sourcing South American talent and establishing a strong regional presence. You'll be instrumental in hiring and building exceptional digital marketing teams, integrating South American professionals into our culture, and facilitating growth. This role demands a mid to senior HR professional who is a leader in nurturing our unique culture across continents.

**Things to know upfront.**
- This is for a FULLY remote position (working for a USA-based company)
- You will be working reporting to the Head of People and Culture (he is Australia based)
- Must be able to occasionally accommodate work in USA hours and Australian hours.
