Requisitos:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English (Intermediate-Advanced) and Spanish, enabling you to work well with others.
- Organizational skills that allow you to be available for on-call rotation while still being a team player.
- Natural ability to collaborate with team members to improve and optimize systems and resources.
Actividades a realizar:
- Provide coordination and support to end-users on hardware, software, general use, questions, and network-related problems while sharing screens, providing on-site end-user training, and resolving issues with ease.
