**Job Description** About the Job**

The In Market team is responsible for client’s satisfaction based on fully understanding of our products and methodologies, giving them senior support based on quality and opportunity. It is responsible for external and internal issue management based on a client centric view on a cross function coordination of all NIQ areas, ensuring execution on commitments, preemptive client issue management and resolution, driving Elevate progress and story and most of all bringing back voice of client to the organization.

The In Market associate will be responsible on supporting main clients in Central America and Caribbean markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Support and address client escalations and concerns related with product quality, delivery and relevance.
- Present, understand and define strategies on coverage analysis.
- Work with operations teams to ensure client centric view and proactively identify quality opportunities.
- Ensure our clients know NIQ methodologies, that let them to use our data correctly, being an expert on methodologies, products and local FMCG dynamic.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Over 5-year experience in NIQ in Core products: RMS and/or CPS
- Networking skills
- Basic technical knowledge (Ops/DS).
- English 60%
- Analitycal and numerical skills
- Desirable Project management experience.
- Problem solver.
