**A Day in the Life**
Responsible for the daily execution of transportation needs, involving tracking, tracing, and communicating status updates to internal and external customers for in-transit domestic and international shipments. Includes inbound/outbound product flows for Medtronic’s North America distribution centers, plants, and sterilizers. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing constraints to meet transit time expectations. Integrates learning from customers, distribution, transportation, and customer service, to continuously improve competitive position.
**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3 years related experience in traffic, transportation, and/or distribution management; or Master’s degree with a minimum of three 3 years related experience required.
- Fluent in English level. (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change.
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Committed to providing excellent customer service to all constituents (DC management and staff, Customer Service, sales representations, end customers)
