**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

This position will create, maintain and leverage enterprise platforms and processes to govern and manage data designed to elevate customer engagement and deliver better patient outcomes.

The Data Management Lead will focus on improving local data governance, including setting the data strategy for the LOC (in-line with broader GEM, GPD, Enterprise frameworks), driving the adoption of best practices with respect to data hygiene and management across functional teams, and helping to prioritize data initiatives based on LOC business imperatives. He/She will ensure that key data utilized in the LOC is relevant, up-to-date, accurate, and well-documented.

This position reports to the role of DD&T Head and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Manage data that enables the strategic capabilities in the LOC such as Digital Patient Journey and Outcomes and Next Generation Customer Experience, ensuring compliance with the procedures and policies.
- Maintaining data catalog leveraging enterprise platforms (Collibra).
- Master Data Management: Keeping the reference books up-to-date. Ensuring the capability for cross-referencing of the data from multiple data sources at critical levels (In-Market, IQVIA, CRM, NBA Data).
- Continuous monitoring of the Data Quality, establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data. Detection of the gaps and troubleshooting in coordination with GEM / Global teams.
- Building effective relationships with local and global internal partners to understand the data news, new demands, data dependencies and constantly analyze the feedback to identify opportunities for data management processes' improvement and optimization.
- Increase data and analytics LOC literacy through targeted capability building and drive adoption of DD&T offerings.
- Drive data visualization capability in LOC.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst / data management lead.
- Expert in creation and optimization of data management processes and reports creation.
- Experience in development of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is mandatory.
- Experience in working with relational databases, ER modeling, API is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Python/R preferred; proficiency in Excel mandatory.
- Knowledge and expertise in the use of data governance, profiling, analysis, and management tools.
- Data Science background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics, math, economics) preferred.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

Esta posición creará, mantendrá y apalancará plataformas y procesos globales para gobernar y manejar datos diseñados para elevar la adherencia (compromiso) del cliente y entregar mejores resultados para pacientes.

Data Management Lead se enfocará en mejorar la gobernanza de datos locales, que además incluye la definición de la estrategia de datos para la LOC (alineada con la estrategia regional de GEM, GPD y marcos de referencia empresariales), impulsar la adopción de mejores prácticas relacionadas con la calidad y el manejo de datos de diferentes equipos funcionales, ayudar a priorizar iniciativas de datos con base en los imperativos de negocio del país. Este rol debe garantizar que los datos utilizados por el país son relevantes, están actualizados, son precisos y están bien documentados.

Esta posición reporta al rol de DD&T Head y se encuentra basada en Bogotá, Colombia.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Administra los datos que habilitan las capacidades estratégicas del país, tales como el viaje digital del paciente, resultados de pacientes, la experiência de próxima generación del cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y políticas.
- Mantener el catálogo de datos apalancando plataformas empresariales (Collibra).
- Comprender el entorno de los sistemas transaccionales, la gestión de datos y la capa de datos maestros para la generación de análisis consumo de datos de las aplicaciones.
- Gestión de Datos Maestros: Mantener actualizados los libros de referencia. Garantizar la capacidad de referencia cruzada de los datos de múltiples fuentes de datos en níveles críticos (In-Market, IQVIA, CRM, NBA Data).
- Monitoreo continuo de la Calidad de los Datos, establecer métricas consistentes para medir la calidad de los datos. Detección de gaps y resolución de problemas en coordinación con equipos GEM/Global.
