Duties (included, but not limited to): Manage and optimize the supplies that are consumed periodically on the site, in addition, carry out the corresponding orders according to the need, in a timely manner. Keep track of attendance of cleaning staff, according to schedules. Coordinate and keep records of preventive and corrective maintenance to systems (electrical, detection, extinction, air conditioning, vending machines, water dispensers, etc.) Periodic inspections and monthly reports on the state of the facilities. Other duties as assigned.
