**DE**S**C**R**I**P**C**I**ÓN D**E**L **C**A**R**G**O**:
Responsable por desarrollar de manera continúa y permanente los diferentes procesos en SST y Ambiental, gestionar el proceso de Health, Safety and Environment para MAZ garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y calidad de resultados a través acciones oportunas y concretas, enfocadas al personal y alineadas a la estrategia corporativa.

**F**U**N**C**I**O**N**E**S**, **O**B**L**I**G**A**CI**O**N**E**S**, A**C**TI**V**I**D**A**DES**

SST

Incorporar temas en SST en la toma de decisiones de la empresa.

Gestionar la implementación de Riesgos Laborales en Panamá y Costa Rica, de acuerdo a las normatividades vigentes en cada país y a los documentos relacionados que soporten esta labor.

Liderar el Sistema de Gestion y Seguridad en el Trabajo (SG-SST) enfocado en el mejoramiento continuo

Velar por el cumplimiento legal en materia de seguridad y salud

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los líneamientos corporativos brindados por HSE Global.

Planificar, establecer e implementar procesos y procedimientos de SST

Gestionar recursos (presupuesto) que permitan desarrollar, controlar y realizar seguimiento a las acciones encaminadas a dirigir la gestión de riesgos laborales.

Establecer e implementar acciones de prevención, mitigación y control de los riesgos identificados en las actividades de la empresa.

Coordinar las acciones de la ARL y velar por el óptimo desarrollo de Comites.

Desarrollar el programa de capacitación que proporcione conocimiento para identificar los peligros y controlar los riesgos relacionados con el trabajo.

Ejecutar el plan de prevención, preparación y respuesta ante emergencias

Liderar el Plan Estrategico de Seguridad vial

Presentar informes de gestión cuando se requieran.

Gestionar y emitir comunicados internos para HSE.

Participar en la auditorias, atención de visitas y requerimientos de las autoridades competentes.

AMBIENTAL:

- Velar por el cumplimiento de la normatividad ambiental vigente.
- Incorporar la dimensión ambiental en la toma de decisiones de las empresas.
- Establecer procesos y procedimientos, gestionando los recursos (presupuesto) que permitan

desarrollar, controlar y realizar seguimiento a las acciones encaminadas a dirigir la gestión ambiental.
- Promover el mejoramiento de la gestión y desempeño ambiental al interior de la empresa.
- Liderar la formación a todos los níveles de la empresa en materia ambiental.
- Apoyar la preparación de informes requeridi por el Sistema de Información Ambiental con el apoyo técnico necesario
- Supervisar la labor del Asesor Externo en Ambiental.

- Profesional en Psicología, ingeniería industrial y/o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en el área.
- Conocimientos en los procesos de HSE.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Licencia de prestación de servicios en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo.
- Curso de 50 horas o el de 20 ( según aplique)
