**Job Description**:
As a Sales Representative at Fulfillment Hub USA, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with e-commerce businesses looking for order fulfillment solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate our services and solutions to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics services.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and industry trends.
- Existing network of contacts in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
**Job Type**: Full time / In Office attendance
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Colombian Time
