Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Test Automation Engineer, serás responsable de identificar bajo un pensamiento analítico y de colaboración, aquellos procesos de calidad dentro del desarrollo de software que deben automatizarse para garantizar que los productos y aplicaciones en UBITS cumplan con los mejores estándares con el fin de brindar una experiência confiable y única

**Responsabilidades**
- Verificar funcional y sistémicamente, manual o programáticamente y de acuerdo al plan de pruebas establecido, los artefactos de software (SW) creados o transformados durante el discovery, la especificación, el diseño (arquitectónico y detallado), la construcción, el delivery y el mantenimiento del/de los producto(s) digitales de la compañía, con el objetivo de cumplir con los compromisos acordados con los stakeholders (actuales y potenciales, internos o externos) y de satisfacer los comportamientos esperados en ellos.
- Retroalimentar al equipo, oportuna, clara, concisa y proactivamente, sobre incompletitudes, inconsistencias, ambigüedades y errores antes, durante y después del delivery del/de los producto(s) digitales de la compañía.
- Innovar en la práctica de su función, investigando alternativas metodológicas y tecnológicas que permitan mejorar y facilitar los procesos de verificación funcional y sistémica del/de los producto(s) digitales de la compañía y la consecución de los objetivos de aseguramiento de calidad asociados.
- Planificar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales durante todo el ciclo de desarrollo de software.
- Identificar, registrar y realizar un seguimiento de los defectos y problemas encontrados durante las pruebas.
- Desarrollar y mantener casos de prueba detallados y escenarios de pruebas efectivos.
- Realizar pruebas funcionales de manera manual y automatizada de regresión, de integración, carga y de rendimiento.
- Ayudar en la creación de datos de prueba realistas y representativas.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación y sugerencias para mejorar la calidad del proceso de desarrollo.
- Investigar, desarrollar, proponer e implementar nuevas tecnologías.

**Requisitos**
- Profesional en carreras de ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, de Software, Electrónica o afines.
- Experiência de 4 a 5 años en roles similares.
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de scripts de automatización y manuales de pruebas (funcionales y sistémicas).
- Conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales, no-relacionales y AWS.
- Conocimiento técnico con herramientas de pruebas sistémicas (p.e. Selenium, Serenity, Webdriver, Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, JUnit, PHPUnit, TestNG, entre otras).
- Deseable certificación en ISTQB (Foundation, Technical Test Analyst).
- Manejo y experiência en metodologías ágiles. Uso de git y github.

**Habilidades Adicionales**
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de pruebas y estándares de calidad.
- Capacidad para crear casos de prueba detallados y documentar los resultados de las pruebas.
- Experiência en la identificación y seguimiento de defectos utilizando herramientas de gestión de pruebas o sistemas de seguimiento de problemas.
- Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de automatización de pruebas.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Atención meticulosa al detalle y habilidades analíticas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil y adaptable a los cambios.
- Comprensión de los principios básicos de desarrollo de software y arquitectura de aplicaciones.
- Orientación a optimización de procesos.
- Trabajo en equipo.
