MISSION:

- Lead your work team assigned to cover the project, which implies coordination of activities according to the guidelines with the client, in strict compliance with the policies and internal regulations.
- Carry out administrative and commercial activities in the work or contract for which it is assigned and maintain active communication with the client, ensure their needs and ensure that all the commitments established in the contract and proposals presented are met.
- Coordinate, plan, organize and manage everything related to service and consignment agreements in coordination with the Parts and Services Divisions, as well as the management and monitoring with the areas that make up the Supply Chain.
- Control and implement the management indicators required for the good financial development of the contracts signed in terms of inventory and portfolio control.
- Ensure the timely supply of spare parts, parts in each of the consignment agreements, as well as those generated from the commercial relationship under his responsibility.
- Review, control and verification of compliance with the terms of contracts signed by customers. Prepare management reports, maintain updated databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct, control the implementation and execution of everything established in the contracts, agreements and proposals.
- Oversee the billing process, filing and monitoring of invoices to the client.
- Planning visits to sites of execution of contracts and agreements for inspection and assessment of the agreement.
- Properly use the resources provided by the company, including the service van or vehicles assigned to travel to the different sites of operation.
- Address commercial and technical requirements that the client may have regarding the development of signed agreements and contracts.
- Support the work of the technical and administrative service personnel assigned by the company for the project, in relation to the service provided.

- Plan, organize and coordinate with Managers, Marketing and technical areas consignment inventory levels according to project requirements.
- Select and organize the technical team required to comply with the agreements.
- Schedule the activities required for the control and management of consignment inventory.
- Manage the signing and custody of contracts, verifying and ensuring compliance.
- Implement control and management indicators that allow evaluating the profitability of agreements and consignments.
- Select and request quotes from suppliers. Fill out the "Purchase Request for Products and/or Services" or methodology established in Panama required to guarantee continuity in the operation.
- Permanent communication with the client to define delivery procedures and billing of the agreements.
- Attend and solve customer problems, notify them of any change in delivery time or visit schedule.
- Provide technical support to the commercial area of the Divisions according to their requirements.
- Support and coordinate with the technical support areas the training of technical personnel of the Divisions.
- Make reports and tasks at the request of the Managements.
- Comply with and be responsible for compliance with the standards established in the Comprehensive Management System, both for his position and for the personnel under his charge.
- Comply with the other functions inherent to his position and support to the Divisions.

skills

Preferably Mechanical Engineer, Mining Engineer, Industrial Engineer or equivalent training.
5 years or more of experience in projects, in control areas in contract management and indicators, Mining or Construction operations.
8 years or more in the management of commercial, technical and administration aspects in contract management.
- General administrative and technical knowledge.
- Command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Management of Microsoft Office programs and tools.
Customer orientation, Teamwork, Effective/Assertive communication, Results orientation and decision making, this is framed in Epiroc's policies and guidelines.
