Our client is seeking a **Virtual Assistant** who will be committed to assisting in the hiring process for the HR department. Our client has over 13 years of experience in Assisted Living Facility and In-home care where they provide both skilled and non-skilled care. Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 Am to 5:00 Pm EST.- Work setup: Onsite, Bogota and Medellin

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Have good communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Practice effective time management.
- Exhibit professionalism.
- Attend staff meetings virtually.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

Tech Stack:

- Microsoft Suite: Excel

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Review new resumes, make phone calls, and schedule appointments.
- Set up meetings through Microsoft Teams for interviews.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage contacts and other tasks to track progress.
- Follow standard workflows from beginning to end.
- Make phone calls to verify references for new hires.
- Gather updated credentials or certifications for existing employees before the expiration date.
