**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Liderar con maestría el proceso de ventas y forjar alianzas estratégicas que expandan nuestro alcance hacia nuevos sectores y clientes. Será crucial la creación de soluciones comerciales innovadoras que enriquezcan nuestra promesa de valor.
- Asumir la responsabilidad directa de la cuota de ventas, así como el manejo eficiente del presupuesto para garantizar la rentabilidad y la excelencia en la ejecución de proyectos. Tu enfoque estratégico será esencial para cerrar tratos de manera efectiva y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Implementar una visión estratégica en la búsqueda de clientes nuevos, utilizando ofertas y canales que ofrezcan un valor tangible y único. Tu capacidad de comunicación excepcional será esencial para transmitir este valor a todas las partes interesadas.
- Aprovechar tu experiência en el manejo de relaciones comerciales con clientes de primer nível, especialmente en áreas de Formación, Capacitación, Recursos Humanos y Compras, para ampliar nuestra cartera y maximizar el impacto.

**Habilidades Clave**:

- Experiência demostrable en ventas en el sector E-learning, respaldada por al menos 5 años de experiência en la industria Edtech. Tu conocimiento profundo de las dinámicas del mercado será esencial para nuestro éxito.
- Una combinación única de iniciativa, proactividad y creatividad para implementar estrategias comerciales de alto rendimiento y lograr conversiones exitosas. Tu enfoque disruptivo y orientado a resultados será esencial para enfrentar los desafíos cambiantes del entorno Edtech.
- Destrezas excepcionales de negociación, incluyendo ventas B2B, Cross Selling, Up Selling y Add ons, que te permitan maximizar las oportunidades con nuestros valiosos clientes corporativos.
- Un historial probado en el manejo de relaciones comerciales con clientes de alto nível, demostrando tu capacidad para construir bases de confianza y cooperación que conduzcan a un crecimiento sostenible.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en todos los níveles, permitiéndote interactuar con confianza y claridad con una variedad de interlocutores, desde clientes hasta equipos internos y líderes empresariales.
