**Qualifications Needed: Fuel Your Success**
- Self-starter
- Proven experience in marketing, community management, event management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of accountability
- English Level: C1 - C2

**Responsibilities: Your Mission**

Customer Service:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve products and services.

Influencer Marketing:

- Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and goals.
- Coordinate outreach efforts, including initiating contact, negotiating collaborations, and sending product samples.
- Oversee and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, tracking campaign performance and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Field Marketing:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and management of brand ambassadors.
- Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events, ensuring brand consistency and positive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies.
