As a **General Operational Analyst** at Optum you will assisting with the employee onboarding process and general ongoing support. Business Segment Liaison are granted and have access to various tools to complete a variety of business requests. The successful partnership between Technology’s remote support model and the BSL is dependent on the BSL having the appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage platforms, resources, and ID accesses for each employee from the onboarding through the termination, and at all times of the of employee’s lifetime.
- Provides support to platforms, resources, and ID accesses troubleshooting.
- Research and validate software requisition and access, before processing requests with IT.
- Employee access reporting, auditing, and analysis
- Work with real state according to facilities requirements for the site.
- Provide back-up administrative support as needed including procurement & logistics to the company and support for internal events with leadership team.
- Performs additional duties and assist with projects as assigned by hiring manager.

**Formal Requirements**:

- A technician, Technologist or professional in training, or have minimum 6 semesters in administrative, engineering or related careers.
- 6+ months of Experience in Office in administrative tasks.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Intermediate or greater level of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
